Payment Procedure
1. Full Time Discount: A discount of 10% is given to those enrolling full-time in a module of 12 or more hours. All courses in the entire module of 12 or more hours must be purchased prior to the student starting the first course in the module.
2. Payment Plan Option: Students are required to pay a minimum $150.00 down payment and three monthly payments of 1/3 the remaining balance. Financial arrangements for payment plans can be made through the financial office.
3. Pastor Discount: CBUS will provide a 20% discount on tuition for all active pastors. This results in an undergraduate tuition cost of $120 per hour and a graduate tuition cost of $200 per hour. The student must be an ordained minister by a bona fide and credible authority. Increased partial scholarships are available for international/ 3rd world pastors on a case-by-case basis.
4. Any accounts over 30 days’ delinquent are subject to a 10% late fee for the delinquent amount, each month.
5. Note that textbooks and other fees are in addition to tuition costs.
6. Even after completing all academic and other requirements for your degree, including a thesis, a degree candidate must have fully paid all tuition, fees and all other charges due to CBUS before participating in the commencement exercises, receiving a diploma, or receiving a transcript from the institution.
Refunds
If a student withdraws from a course, the following refund policy applies:
1. No refund is available for the application, library, postage or other fees.
2. There is no refund of tuition since the syllabi, class notes, and audio lectures are included in the tuition cost. These materials are all downloadable and cannot be returned.
